■ Resistant to high and low temperatures (-30 + 250°C)
■ Weather resistant
■ Forms a flexible rubber
One-pack, neutral cure RTV silicone sealant for sealing, sealing and caulking joints at temperatures up to 250°C for the most diverse applications in the field of mechanics. Thixotropic product that cures at room temperature through air humidity and becomes a flexible rubber. Resistant to weather, oils and high temperatures, with a peak of up to 250°C.
Suitable for sealing, sealing and caulking in heating element, oven gasket, stove, chimney filter, industrial furnace, engine gasket, exchange, oil and water pump, boilers, heating and exhaust systems, industrial instruments, steam lines etc.
Replaces paper, cork, felt, silicone and rubber joints in all types of engines, oil sump, valve cover, transmission cover and crankcase, water and oil pump housing, gearbox. After its vulcanization it forms a proof layer of leaks.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry, clean, free of dust and oils. Remove all wastes from materials, especially those that are not sufficiently adhered to the layers (sanding, if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. It may be necessary to use primer to improve adhesion. In the case of applications on substrates other than those mentioned in this bulletin, it is recommended to perform a test to evaluate the adhesion and compatibility of the sealant with the material.
HOW TO USE: Cut the tip of the cartridge and cut the applicator nozzle at a 45° angle in the desired size and thickness. Screw the nozzle into the applicator cartridge and place in the applicator. Apply the silicone to the desired area and immediately do the finishing. In case of using tape remove it before the sealant forms the film. After use, keep the applicator nozzle in the cartridge and leave a small amount of product above the nozzle to form a tampon. In reuse, remove the plug. After open reuse the product in up to one week. Clean the tools before curing the product. After curing the silicone is only mechanically removed.
