STUHR AA-505 SUPERFLEX is a ready-to-use aqueous acrylic polymer emulsion that replaces the kneading water of sticky mortars for flexibility. Meets the flexibility required in international standards.
It is indicated to replace the amount of water indicated by the mortar manufacturer (AC-I) when laying ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and stones on floors and walls using the double bonding method.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, free of loose particles, release agents, dust, cement or plaster cream and other contaminants. Observe a base temperature between 10 and 35°C and pre-wetting is required to lower the base temperature. Do not apply on saturated surfaces.
HOW TO USE: Replace the amount of water indicated on the packaging with the STUHR AA-505 SUPERFLEX. Mix and wait for the mat ripening time (indicated by the manufacturer). After maturation mix again. Then apply an even layer with the smooth side of the steel band over a maximum area of 1m² and then pass the toothed side (8 mm band) in one direction only. Apply a coat to the smooth side of the plate with the side of the player and then the toothed side parallel to one side of the plate. Position the workpiece on the base with the cords in the same direction and adjust to end position. Use the rubber mallet, pry or use the wedges if necessary to keep the parts level.

The product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material in its original packaging. Keep packaging closed to prevent skin formation.
Validity of 12 months from date of manufacture.
