STUHR PV FLEX is an aqueous emulsion of acrylic copolymer for permanent bonding of vinyl floors in plate, roll and LVT. High performance polymer with quick drying.
Indicated as permanent glue for bonding vinyl floors and their variables, as well as: carpet tile, when its base is in PVC; carpet in blanket when its base is rubberized and others on level floors.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, free of loose particles, dust, gypsum residues, release agents and other contaminants that impair adhesion and absorption of the glue from the base.
When necessary, adjust the base to ensure flatness and surface resistance. Wait for the curing period of this regularization to begin bonding the floors.
HOW TO USE:
Mix the package contents for 1 to 3 minutes with a rod attached to a universal drill or mixer. After mixing the glue, apply on the base with the aid of an A4 toothed steel trowel or squeegee. Allow 15 to 30 minutes for the handle to take place and start coating application to ensure uniform contact of the coating over the glue. Longest open time from 40 to 60 minutes.
On surfaces with precipitation or water spurt, waterproof treatment should be done prior to coating application. Product not suitable for applications in subject areas and humidity or environments exposed to the sun. Use the appropriate PPE for the preparation and application of the adhesive (gloves, glasses, etc.). Keep the application environment well ventilated. Accidentally hit body parts require immediate washing. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

The product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material in its original packaging. Keep packaging closed to prevent skin formation.
Validity of 12 months from date of manufacture.
