STUHR CP ELASTOFIBRAS WA-185 is an aqueous emulsion of acrylic copolymer with synthetic fibers to mix with cement and / or adhesive mortars and provide an impermeable layer or regularization with water resistance. High-performance polymer that can be added in adhesive mortar and cement for waterproofing wet and wettable areas with low thickness.
It is indicated as waterproofing membrane for wet and wettable areas such as swimming pools, balconies, baths and reservoirs. Also indicated as an additive for subfloor mortar or impermeable bars and as an additive for adhesive mortar, providing watertightness properties (applied as flexible polymeric mortar).

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, free of loose particles, mold release agents, dust, cement cream and other contaminants. When necessary, the surface must be previously moistened, but without saturation. Primer mortars should be applied with a Primer.
HOW TO USE: Primer: 1 of STUHR CP ELASTOFIBRAS WA-185, 2 of water and 3 of cement. Membrane: 1 of STUHR CP ELASTOFIBRAS WA-185 and 1 of CP-II F or CP-II E. Polymeric Mortar: 4 of STUHR CP ELASTOFIBRAS WA-185 and 20 of Type I Adhesive Mortar. Use the structuring in corners, drains and when applying the second coat of the membrane. Consult the Waterproofing Project to check the number of coats required and the locations that require the structuring. On smooth concrete surfaces, you must wash, brush or grind the base to increase porosity and roughness. Do not use lime or gravel in mortars with STUHR CP ELASTOFIBRAS WA-185. Clean the tank after tightness test before carrying out the potability test or using water for human consumption. Use the appropriate PPE to prepare and apply the adhesive and cementitious mortars (gloves, glasses and boots). Keep the application environment well ventilated. Accidentally hit parts of the body require immediate washing.

The product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material in its original packaging. Keep packaging closed to prevent skin formation.
Validity of 12 months from date of manufacture.
