Renovation bets on woodwork as a solution for compartmentalized floor plan

As notes of warmth, the green and pink paint the accessories and part of the furniture of this apartment with neutral base. A renovation made the 194 m² of the most inviting located in Vila Madalena, in São Paulo, betting on the integration and good use of the divided plant.

The family with a young daughter wanted the social areas to mix charm to receive and comfort to entertain in living. In this way, architects Ana Cecilia Toscano and Flávia Lauzan, who run the ACF Architecture office, set to work to design bespoke woodworking and enjoy every corner intelligently. “We had some challenges, especially on the balcony. The customers’ request was to receive more warmly, but there is a limitation of width, ie the balcony is large and narrow, ”says Ana Cecília. As a strategy, freijó wood warms the atmosphere in panels that line the gourmet counter area and then turns into bench and sofa, multiplying seating options for the guests of the house.
