One-component RTV Silicone Sealant with alcohol-neutral cure. Elastic product with 50% handling capacity, high modulus and high performance developed for internal and external applications to fix, seal and seal.
It is indicated for fixing and sealing various types of materials such as porous and non-porous materials, such as concrete, masonry, stone, ceramic, metal, glass, polycarbonate and PVC. It is indicated for applications in solar panels and balcony glazing.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Surfaces must be firm, level and clean, free of dust and oils. Remove all wastes from materials, especially those that are not tightly adhered to the layers (sand, if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use querosene or gasoline to clean the surfaces. In the case of applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is recommended to carry out a test to evaluate the adhesion and compatibility of the sealant with the material.
HOW TO USE:
Clean surfaces with isopropyl alcohol. Apply a Stuhr 777 bead of sealant to the both sides of aluminium profile. Couple the glass and position according to a template. Wait 24 hours to move the assembled set. After curing, the sealant can only be removed mechanically. For more information consult the product’s Technical Data Sheet.

■ Due to the low surface energy of some polymers, tests for product approval are recommended.
■ Do not use for structural glazing.
■ Does not accept painting.
■ It is not suitable for gluing mirrors.
■ Do not apply on bituminous substrates, natural rubber, EPDM, or on construction materials that may present migration of oils, plasticizers or solvents.
The product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool place at a temperature of 5 to 25°C, away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of the unused product, do not return any leftover material in its original packaging. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Validity (from the date of manufacture): 12 months.
