STUHR FRIEZES & JOINTS WE-137 is an aqueous emulsion of acrylic polymer, fillers and additives designed to form a fast-drying, ready-to-use, tear-resistant, alkaline and UV-resistant impermeable membrane and may be exposed for a period of time before receiving final coating.
It is indicated as a waterproofing membrane for facings and joints of facades that have received paint, textures or ceramic coating, on shrinkage cracks in walls and façades with mortar or concrete, waterproofing membrane in window frames and as a crack preventive membrane when the structure meets the seal.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, free of loose particles, release agents, dust and other contaminants. The surface must have a minimum surface resistance of 0.3 MPa in test according to Annex of NBR 13.755. Do not apply to the base when its surface temperature is above 45°C or below 7°C.A superfície deve estar limpa, livre de partículas soltas, desmoldantes, poeiras e outros contaminantes.
HOW TO USE: Friezes and Joints: Apply 2 coats of STUHR FRIEZES & JOINTS WE-137 inside and around the frieze as indicated in the project. Interval between coats is 5 minutes. It is not necessary to use structuring. Shrinkage Cracks: Apply 2 coats of STUHR FRIEZES & JOINTS WE-137 to the crack length within a minimum range of 7cm centering the crack. Interval between coats is 5 minutes. In cracks of dynamic behavior, add a structurant in the application of the first coat. Window frame: Apply 2 coats of STUHR FRIEZES & JOINTS WE-137 to the perimeter of the miter seating pattern. The application should involve this re-forming by forming a U at the perimeter. Interval between coats is 5 minutes. It is not necessary to use structuring.
When necessary, on mirrored or contaminated concrete surfaces, the base should be washed, brushed or roughened to increase porosity and roughness. Allow 14 days of mortar curing or 7 days of concrete curing to apply the STUHR FRIEZES & JOINTS WE-137 membrane. Use the appropriate PPE for the preparation and application of adhesive and cement mortars (gloves, glasses and boots). Keep the application environment well ventilated. Accidentally hit body parts require immediate washing. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

The product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material in its original packaging. Keep packaging closed to prevent skin formation.
Validity of 12 months from date of manufacture.
