STUHR WE-137 is an aqueous emulsion of acrylic polymer, fillers and additives developed to form a waterproof membrane with high tear resistance, fast drying, ready to use and resistant to alkalinity and UV, which can be exposed for the necessary period before receiving the final coating.
It is indicated as a waterproofing membrane for façade borders and joints that have received paint, textures or ceramic coating, on shrinkage cracks in walls and façades with mortar or concrete, waterproofing in window frames and as a preventive membrane for cracks where the structure meets the seal.
Yield:
Consumption depends on the porosity of the base. Waterproof membrane yield is 200 to 400 ml/m.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surface must be clean, free of loose particles, release agents, dust and other contaminants. The surface must have a minimum surface resistance of 0.3 MPa in a test according to Annex NBR 13.755. Do not apply on the base when its surface temperature is above 45ºC or below 7ºC.
HOW TO USE:
Frises and Joints: Apply 2 coats of the product inside the frieze and around it, as indicated in the project. The interval between coats is 5 minutes. It is not necessary to use a structuring agent. Shrinkage cracks: Apply 2 coats of the product along the length of the crack in a minimum strip of 7 cm, centering the crack. The interval between coats is 5 minutes. In cracks with dynamic behavior, add a structuring agent when applying the first coat. Re-framing of the frame: Apply 2 coats of the product on the perimeter of the frame where the frame is installed. The application should involve this re-framing, forming a U on the perimeter. The interval between coats is 5 minutes. It is not necessary to use a structuring agent. When necessary, on concrete surfaces that are mirrored or contaminated by release agents, the base should be washed, brushed or ground to increase porosity and roughness. Wait 14 days for the mortar to cure or 7 days for the concrete to cure before applying the STUHR WE-137 membrane.

Do not apply to the base when its surface temperature is above 45ºC or below 7ºC.
The product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool place at a temperature of 5 to 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material in its original packaging. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Shelf life (from the date of manufacture): 12 months.
