The Mold Protector protects plastic injection molds against oxidation action, prolonging their useful life. The spray product penetrates more easily in small spaces, lubricating the mold and repelling the moisture present.
Used for thermo plastic injection molds, elastomers* and stamping.
*Elastomers: They are elastic polymers that support great deformations.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Surfaces must be clean, free of grease and dust residues. It is recommended to moisten the surface before application and protect the surrounding areas with newspaper.
HOW TO USE: Shake the product. After using the mold, apply at a distance of 25cm from the part to be protected. The removal of the product from the mold surface occurs after the 3rd injection process, with no need for chemical products or additional mechanical action. After using the mold, apply the product again.

After using the product completely, do not reuse the packaging.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when handling the product.
Use the PPE’s indicated for the application.
Avoid any contact with the eyes. Avoid contact with the skin. Do not ingest.

The product must be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool place at a temperature of 5 to 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and away from heat sources, with the packaging always facing upwards. Do not expose to sunlight and temperatures above 50°C. Avoid keeping the product inside vehicles. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not store with food, drink or medicine, even those intended for animals.
Validity (from date of manufacture): 36 months.
