Polymer-based one-component adhesive with modified silanes. Thixotropic product with high initial tack that cures at room temperature through air humidity and becomes a flexible rubber. It has an immediate grip and glue underwater. Does not cause stains on the substrate. Low VOC.
Due to the high initial bond strength, it is suitable for fixing mirrors and tanks, as well as bonding and sealing porous and non-porous materials, such as metal, concrete, stone, ceramics, glass, polycarbonate, PVC, gypsum, PU, plastics ceramic, copper, lead, zinc, tin, aluminum, alloys, stainless steel, HPL, fiber cement and wood panels.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
The surface must be dry, clean, free of dust and oils. Remove all wastes from materials, especially those that are not sufficiently adhered to the layers (sanding, if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. Do not use kerosene or gasoline to clean surfaces. For better finishing it is recommended to use adhesive tape in the lateral areas of the joint where the contact of the product is not intended. In the case of applications on substrates other than those mentioned, it is recommended to carry out a test to evaluate the adhesion and compatibility of the product.
GENERAL COLLAGES: Apply the product to the desired area and immediately do the finishing. For bonding very heavy parts, use wedge. In case of using tape remove it before it forms film.
MIRROR FIXING: Check the condition of the substrate (wall, tile, wood, etc.), which must be clean and level. Apply double-sided tape in the mirror. Apply the product in vertical fillets 10mm wide and 6mm high as shown. Join the surfaces obeying the minimum distance of 3mm between the mirror and the substrate and not exceeding the time of 5 minutes. Check the positioning of the mirror before joining the substrate, since the tape does not allow repositioning. Use support shims in the mirror installation to assist the initial mirror fixing process. Remove shims at least 6 hours after installation. Note: The installation must follow the recommendations according to the standard ABNT NBR 15198 – SILVER MIRROR – BENEFIT AND INSTALLATION.
FIXING SINK: Apply the product in the vat and immediately press the stone. Wait 6 hours to move the tank and 24 hours to use it.
After use, leave a small amount of product above the nozzle to form a tampon. In reuse, remove the plug. After open reuse the product in up to one week. Clean tools before curing. After curing the product is only mechanically removed.

■ Do not apply to plastics* based on polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon®, acrylic and polytetrafluoroethylene.
■ Do not use on food contact parts and continuous immersion in liquid media.
■ Do not use on glass facades and any structural adhesion that needs resistance.
■ Before painting, it is recommended to pre-test. Solvent-based paints and oils may be harmful to the product.
The product should be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool place at a temperature of 5 to 30oC, away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of the unused product, do not return any leftover material in its original packaging. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Validity (from the date of manufacture): 13 months. Except Bucket: 4 months.
