Stuhr Primer 9215 is an adhesion promoter and surface preparer indicated for various industrial and construction substrates.
Indicated for improving adhesion on low-energy plastic surfaces, as well as TPO, TPU, PP, PE, PBT, rubber, acrylics, ABS, ASA, painted and unpainted metals, glass and wood.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Remove all dust, grease stains, mold and loose parts. Leave the substrate free of any impregnation that could impair the adhesion of the product to the substrate. Apply isopropyl alcohol with a clean, lint-free cloth.
HOW TO USE:
Apply a thin, even layer to the bonding surface, using the minimum amount to completely cover the surface. Drying time is 30 to 90 seconds. The primer must be completely dry before applying the double-sided tape. For best results, apply the tape within 30 minutes of applying the primer, making sure the surface is free of contaminants. Porous surfaces may require two applications of the primer for full, even coverage. Wait until the first layer is completely dry before applying the second layer.

The product must be kept in its original packaging and stored in a cool place at a temperature of 5 to 25°C, protected from direct sunlight and away from heat sources. To avoid contamination of unused product, do not return any leftover material to its original packaging. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
