SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be dry, clean, free of dust and oils. Remove all wastes from materials, especially those that are not sufficiently adhered to the layers (sanding, if necessary). Clean and degrease the surface with isopropyl alcohol and keep it dry before application. It may be necessary to use primer to improve adhesion. For better finishing it is recommended to use adhesive tape in the lateral areas where the contact of the sealant is not intended. In the case of applications on substrates other than those mentioned in this bulletin, it is recommended to perform a test to evaluate the adhesion and compatibility of the sealant with the material.
HOT TO USE:
Install support body or joint filler and protect substrates with adhesive crepe tape for better finish. Indicated for application in metals / bodies. Cut the applicator nozzle at a 45° angle in the desired size and thickness. Apply the sealant to the area and immediately do the finishing with a spatula. After spatulation, remove the adhesive crepe tape. We recommend cleaning the tools before curing the product, because after curing the sealant is only mechanically removed.
